Intelligent automation
We developed over 100 automations, generating annual savings of approximately 90,000 operational hours. This transformation encompasses several strategic areas of the business – social impact, public policy, compliance, communication, customer experience, finance, purchasing, accounting, tax, billing, fraud prevention, payments, risk and insurance, legal, logistics, HR, and governance.

Strategic digitization of the production and logistics system in the TOTVS® PROTHEUS ERP system
With the automation of the production process, we began to record all production progress in real time, offering immediate visibility to managers. Inventory, previously updated manually, became digital and integrated into the ERP system.
Invoice registration was automated and the entire sales cycle optimized.
To consolidate this strategic vision, several interactive dashboards were developed, providing real-time access to all business intelligence.
Technologies involved: TOTVS® PROTHEUS ERP system, imported data collector, web service integration, and Power BI.
Digitization of the incoming invoice workflow, tax and financial validation
Development of a mobile application with AI for reading invoices, payment slips, and various documents.
Building robots capable of validating fiscal, financial, and business information. Quickly and accurately posting these invoices linked to purchase orders or contracts.
To ensure performance and data integrity, we implemented API integrations with Sienge, allowing for instant data retrieval and real-time information synchronization.
Technologies involved: Power Automate, Python, Azure Document Intelligence, OpenAI API, PostgreSQL.
Revitalization of the TOTVS® PROTHEUS ERP system
Through a detailed analysis of the processes and module usage in the TOTVS® PROTHEUS ERP system, we structured a precise diagnosis with a corrective action plan.
The result was a set of strategic improvements that increased the efficiency and integration of operations. These included the implementation of the Export module (EEC), the revitalization of the Import (EIC), Inventory, and Purchasing modules, improvements to the Financial module, and version migration.
Automation of tax processes
We automated 4 critical processes that previously required the work of 15 people, reducing the annual workload from 36,000 hours to just 6,000 robotic hours. This represents a projected savings of approximately R$ 9 million over 5 years.
Automated processes: GNRE-SP, GNRE-RJ, validation of materials according to NCM x TIPI table, and inbound tax processing.
Technologies involved: Automation Anywhere, SAP, SAP integration via API, Google Chat integration, Jira integration, Google BI.
Medication disposal control system
The system manages the entire disposal flow through Boards, including attached reports, validations, and approvals. It generates monthly reports that assist with accounting reconciliations, ensuring financial control of what has been disposed of.
It offers modules for managing tax processes (invoices, reports, approvals, RFB), monthly/annual reconciliations, invoices and scheduling, as well as reports with filters by period, SLA, and export to Excel.
Technologies involved: Backend Dotnet Core, Frontend React/Next.js, SQL Server database.

Viseu Automation Suite (VAS) is an RPA automation orchestration and monitoring platform that centralizes control and visibility of executions. The solution allows for the rapid identification and correction of potential problems, real-time process tracking, and analysis of performance metrics and ROI through operational and financial dashboards.
